STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Delivered entirely online via a specially designed app; I write bespoke programmes designed to optimise my clients’ training.

The app includes video demonstrations, note taking and ‘benchmark’ features to keep track of all necessary data. An upload feature also allows clients to attach videos of themselves preforming lifts so individual feedback can be given.
